Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Note : Note: these Terms of Use cover the current use of the site (Early Builder programme registration and referral). Separate General Terms of Sale will be established when the marketplace opens (payment management, commissions, refunds).
Note: this is a translation of the French original. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the site early.instaitools.com, published by Hans Nieuweboer, sole trader (SIRET 44011813100067), operating under the trade name InstAItools.com, based at 7 chemin de la Feuille, 31210 Ponlat-Taillebourg.

Accessing and using the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

The site offers the Early Builder programme: securing a spot among the first 100 creators of a future marketplace dedicated to AI tools and expertise.

At this stage, the service allows you only to:

  • register (email address + optional information about your project);
  • confirm your registration by email (double opt-in);
  • obtain a unique referral link and share it.
Important: the announced benefits (85% commission rate, affiliate income, creator badge, priority access, monthly payouts) describe the planned conditions of the future programme and will take effect when the marketplace opens. They do not constitute a firm contract of sale or service provision at this stage.

3. Registration

  • Registration is free and carries no financial commitment.
  • Users agree to provide a valid and accurate email address that belongs to them.
  • Any identity theft or provision of false information is strictly prohibited.
  • The publisher reserves the right to refuse or delete any registration in the event of abuse, attempted fraud or breach of these Terms of Use, without notice or compensation.

4. Referral program

  • Each registered user is assigned a unique referral link.
  • The terms of any remuneration (affiliate commission) will be defined precisely at the marketplace launch and communicated to registered users.
  • Abuse of the referral program is prohibited: self-referral, fictitious or sham registrations, sending unsolicited messages (spam), manipulating the counter. Any abuse results in exclusion from the programme without compensation.

5. User obligations

Users agree to:

  • not attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the site;
  • not collect other users' personal data;
  • not send unsolicited communications (spam) using the referral link;
  • respect the intellectual property rights of the publisher and third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the inst(AI)tools brand, the logo, the texts, the graphics and the source code are the exclusive property of Hans Nieuweboer. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided 'as is'. The publisher does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access, in particular in the event of maintenance, technical incident or force majeure. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The information presented on the site is intended to describe a programme under development. It may change before the marketplace opens.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to the Terms of Use

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The version published on this page is authoritative. In the event of a material change, registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via privacy@instaitools.com. Failing agreement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rules that may apply.
